What We Do
We match people based on their personality attributes into small groups and facilitate a fitness activity with the aim of creating lasting relationships.
Who Can Use CREW
You are an individual (not a legal entity or corporation) at least 18 years old or of legal age to enter into a contract under the laws of your country of residence.
You are a consumer, acting outside your professional activities.
The law does not prohibit you from using our Services.
You have not committed or been convicted of a serious offense, sexual crime, or violent crime, unless pardoned for a non-violent crime, and you do not pose a threat to other users.
You have not been previously banned from our Services unless authorized in writing by us to create a new account.
If you do not meet these requirements, your access will be deleted without notice.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
Misrepresent your identity, age, or affiliations.
Solicit personal or financial information from other users.
Use another user’s account.
Conduct political campaign activities or seek to influence elections using the Platform, except to express personal opinions.
Share private or proprietary information without proper authorization.
Use meta tags, codes, or other references to CREW to redirect users to unrelated websites.
Develop or use third-party applications interacting with our Services without written consent.
Create a new account after being suspended or terminated, unless explicitly authorized.
Violate any laws, regulations, or contractual obligations.
Exploiting the Services for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
Using the Platform in ways that could harm CREW’s reputation or the integrity of its systems.
Content Restrictions:
You are prohibited from sharing content that:
Is offensive, abusive, or causes psychological harm.
Violates public decency or is deemed inappropriate (e.g., pornographic, racist, or defamatory).
Contains false, fraudulent, or misleading information.
Includes unauthorized depictions of individuals (e.g., minors without parental consent).
If you do not meet these obligations, your access will be deleted without notice.
Surveys and Matching
We use our personality quiz to help match you with others. You’re responsible for answering honestly, this will result in the best experience. We do not guarantee perfect matches every time.
Personal Data
CREW complies with the GDPR. Details on how personal data is processed are available in our privacy policy.
Liability
We are not responsible for what happens during or after an event, including any additional costs that may occur as a result of the event. You join at your own risk. We do not guarantee perfect matches or outcomes.
Service Quality
We are committed to ensuring our services are of increasingly high quality. However, we are not liable for:
External Network issues of failures.
Equipment, service or network interruptions outside our control.
User-induced configuration errors.
Use of content
By attending a CREW event, you consent to being photographed or filmed. You grant us the right use your image, name and voice, captured during events or testimonials, to promote our services worldwide for a period of up to 10 years.
Changes
We can update these terms at any time. If we do, we will update them here.
Governing Law
These terms will be governed by law in England and Wales.
